The products
Each ingredient comes from one named origin and one harvest lot. The lot number, origin and harvest month are printed on the jar and shown on the product page. Because these are agricultural products from a single lot, colour, size and aroma vary naturally from lot to lot. That variation is not a defect.
Every lot is tested by an independent laboratory before release. The report for your lot is linked from its lot record.
Prices
- Delivery in India: prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
- Delivery in the UAE: prices are in UAE dirhams and are delivered duty paid. We send your order from India and pay the UAE customs duty and VAT on it, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Your card is charged in dirhams; your bank may show a conversion if your card is in another currency.
The price you pay is the one shown when you place the order. Delivery is shown separately before you pay.
How an order is made
- Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email after payment.
- If a lot fails its laboratory release, or we cannot fulfil your order for any other reason, we will tell you and refund you in full. We will not substitute a different lot without asking you.
- Engraved trunks are made to order. The name you give is engraved exactly as typed, so please check it before you pay.
Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details. For business orders we issue a GST invoice in the name and GSTIN you give us.
Corporate and bulk orders
Orders for corporate gifting are agreed separately by quotation and purchase order. Those terms take precedence over these for that order.
Using the products
These are foods. Store them as the label says. The walnuts, cashews and almonds are tree nuts: please read the allergen information on each product page before buying for someone else.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Law and disputes
Orders delivered in the UAE are exported from India by , who is the seller for those orders too. You buy the goods for your own use.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to our grievance officer, as set out on the contact page.
