Shipping and delivery
We deliver within India and to the United Arab Emirates. For anywhere else, write to us before ordering.
Where we deliver
To any serviceable PIN code in India. If your PIN code is not served by our courier, we will tell you before dispatch and refund you in full if you prefer.
When it ships
- Jars and refills: dispatched within [3] working days of your order being confirmed.
- Engraved trunks: dispatched within [10] working days, because each nameplate is engraved by hand.
- Most deliveries arrive in 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on the city.
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order leaves us.
Delivery to the UAE
- To any address in the seven emirates, by international courier from India.
- Dispatched within [3] working days of your order; most deliveries arrive [3 to 6] working days after dispatch.
- Duties and VAT are paid by us. The price at checkout is the full price. If a courier ever asks you for a duty or tax payment on an AARQ parcel, do not pay it: write to us and we will settle it.
- Delivery costs AED [35], and is free on orders from AED [250]. One parcel holds up to 12 items.
- Please give a UAE mobile number: the courier calls or messages before delivering.
- Honey and ghee are not yet sent to the UAE from this website.
What delivery costs
The delivery charge, if any, is shown in your collection before you pay.
Packing
Glass jars travel in their rigid box inside a protective outer carton. Refill pouches are sealed and resealable.
If something goes wrong in transit
If the outer carton arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening. See refunds and cancellations for what to do next.
